Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and kitchen supplies.
- Help with receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Support the culinary team during peak service hours.
- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean waste area.
