Job Description

Marriott International, a global leader in hospitality, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Helper. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of chefs, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and food storage areas meticulously.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans manually or using industrial dishwashing machines.
• Help with receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries of food and supplies according to hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and storage areas at all times.
• Dispose of waste and garbage responsibly and according to hotel standards and local regulations.
• Support the culinary team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations to ensure a safe food environment.
