Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored and organized.
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean waste management area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
