Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Helper in Downtown Dubai. This entry-level position offers an incredible opportunity to start a career in the vibrant hospitality industry with a world-renowned luxury brand. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the basic preparation of food items, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients as instructed by the culinary team.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, floors, walls, and storage spaces.
• Operate and clean industrial kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ensuring all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are sanitized and stored correctly.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries, verify items against invoices, and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness and safety.
• Manage waste disposal, including emptying trash receptacles and adhering to recycling and waste management policies.
• Support chefs and cooks with various ad-hoc tasks during peak service periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting, while not required, would be an advantage.
