Job Description
Are you deeply passionate about gaming and thrive on connecting with communities? Riot Games is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Community Manager to join our remote team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in the gaming industry by directly engaging with players, moderating discussions, and helping to foster vibrant online spaces for our titles. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for players on various platforms, including forums, social media, and Discord.
- Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
- Gather player feedback and synthesize it into actionable insights for development teams.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, contests, and campaigns.
- Create engaging content (e.g., social media posts, announcements) to inform and excite the community.
- Identify and escalate critical community issues and sentiment to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Support the broader Community Management team in various initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for video games and familiarity with Riot Games' titles.

- Experience with major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and community platforms (Discord, Reddit, forums).

- Prior experience in community moderation or customer support, even in an unofficial capacity.
