Job Description

Deloitte is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from inception to completion. This role is critical for driving successful project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and managing cross-functional teams. We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define project objectives, create detailed work plans, and manage project resources effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk registers.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to senior management.
• Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in a global consulting environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
