Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and thoroughly document business requirements, use cases, and intricate process flows for enterprise IT projects.
• Translate high-level business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, system analysis, and process modeling to identify critical areas for improvement, streamline operations, and propose innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with product owners, project managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Facilitate and lead requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other collaborative meetings with various cross-functional groups.
• Perform detailed impact analysis on proposed changes, assess potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Support comprehensive testing activities, including the development of test cases and the validation of deployed solutions against documented business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users on new systems, features, and functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advanced business analysis methodologies to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as an IT Business Analyst or a similar analytical role in a large, technology-driven enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in various requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, prototyping) and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Demonstrated experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience with enterprise-level systems and applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, PLM systems).
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Prior experience within the semiconductor, telecommunications, or wireless technology industry.
• Experience with UI/UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
