Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of various financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and equity/debt financings.
• Perform extensive financial statement analysis and interpret complex data to derive strategic insights.
• Participate in client meetings and calls, contributing to strategic discussions.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal firm policies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field (e.g., private equity, management consulting).
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
