Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International Travel Consultant to join our team in Munich. This role is perfect for an English-speaking professional passionate about travel, eager to help clients plan their dream vacations, and adept at navigating a global network of travel products and services. You will be responsible for advising and assisting a diverse clientele, primarily English-speaking, with their travel needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert travel advice and tailor bespoke holiday packages for international clients.
- Manage bookings for flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, and car rentals using various reservation systems.
- Process payments and handle booking modifications or cancellations efficiently.
- Stay informed about global travel trends, popular destinations, and relevant travel regulations.
- Address client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a travel agency or tourism-related sales role
- Strong geographical knowledge and passion for international travel

- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or similar travel booking software
