Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and fluent in English? TUI Deutschland GmbH is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic International Travel Advisor to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international clientele, guiding them through the exciting world of travel. You will be responsible for understanding their travel needs, recommending bespoke itineraries, and ensuring seamless booking experiences for destinations across the globe. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
- Design and present tailored travel packages, including flights, accommodation, tours, and activities.
- Process bookings for various travel services accurately and efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and health guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-booking support.
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and TUI's product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; no German language skills required for this role.
- Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
