Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across all designated subjects, adhering to the school's curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active participation and intellectual curiosity.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure a holistic approach to student development and well-being.
• Participate actively in professional development sessions, staff meetings, and extra-curricular activities to contribute to the school community.
• Prepare and present regular reports on student performance to parents and school administration.
• Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and resources to cater to varied learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Uphold the school’s values, ethos, and policies at all times.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject area with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Valid teaching certification/license from your country of origin.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
• Demonstrated excellence in classroom management and instructional delivery.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., British, American, IB).
• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Fluency in additional languages.
