Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Work From Home Instagram Engagement Assistant to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering vibrant online communities for our diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You will be responsible for directly interacting with followers, identifying trends, and ensuring a positive brand presence on Instagram. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Wajir Town, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions on Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with user-generated content and relevant community discussions to increase brand visibility and sentiment.
- Identify and report on emerging trends, potential crises, and common customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to align engagement strategies with overall campaign goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all interactions.
