Job Description
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Indoor Packhouse Fruit Packers at our facility in Cary, NC. This essential, on-site role involves the careful handling, inspection, sorting, and packaging of a variety of fresh fruits within a climate-controlled indoor packhouse environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our produce meets Dole’s stringent quality standards before reaching our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect fresh fruit for quality, ripeness, and any potential defects.
- Sort fruits by size, grade, and color according to specific company guidelines.
