Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Services Analyst to join our dynamic Global Employer Services team in Mississauga. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients with their Canadian and global immigration needs, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping individuals and businesses succeed in a global environment. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, managing a diverse portfolio of immigration cases and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Canadian immigration applications, including but not limited to Temporary Resident Visas (TRV), Work Permits, Study Permits, Permanent Residence (CEC, PNP, Express Entry), and Citizenship applications.
  • Conduct thorough research on immigration regulations and policies, providing accurate and timely advice to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare, review, and submit various immigration applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all governmental requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies (IRCC, ESDC, CBSA) and other external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration law and policy changes, attending relevant training and seminars.
  • Support senior consultants in client consultations, strategy development, and service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and case management within the firm’s systems.
  • Assist with billing, reporting, and administrative tasks related to client cases.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Canadian immigration services, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various Canadian temporary and permanent immigration programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a recognized Immigration Consultant program (RCIC or paralegal designation an asset).
  • Fluency in French or another language relevant to global mobility clients.
  • Experience with global immigration processes beyond Canada.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
