Job Description
As an Immigration Services Analyst at PwC in Leicester, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their UK immigration needs. This position involves managing various immigration applications, ensuring compliance with current immigration laws, and providing excellent client service. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, contributing to seamless immigration processes. This is a hybrid role, combining remote and on-site work at our Leicester office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit a variety of UK immigration applications, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Spouse, and other relevant visa categories.
- Conduct thorough research on immigration law and policy updates to ensure accurate advice and application preparation.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather necessary documentation and information, providing clear guidance throughout the process.
- Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and track application progress using internal systems.
- Assist in drafting client correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
- Support senior team members in complex immigration projects and client engagements.
- Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Politics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in UK immigration services, either within a legal firm, consultancy, or in-house team.
- Strong understanding of UK immigration laws, policies, and application processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- OISC Level 1 or 2 accreditation (or working towards it).
- Experience with global immigration processes or systems.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
