Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hybrid Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support for a wide range of inquiries. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week in our Dallas office, allowing you the flexibility of remote work for the remaining days. You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and upholding Capital One’s commitment to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
