Job Description
Join AT&T as a Hybrid Customer Service Representative in Springfield, Missouri. This role offers the best of both worlds, allowing you to work from home two days a week and collaborate in our modern office three days a week. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive training, equipping you with all the skills needed to deliver outstanding support to our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with AT&T’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding AT&T products, services, and promotions.
- Process customer orders, billing inquiries, and account changes accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and performance standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills
