Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to Telstra products and services.
  • Provide accurate information about service plans, billing, and technical support.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and new product offerings.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
