Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Support professional to join our team in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. We value practical skills and experience over formal degrees, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build a career in a dynamic corporate environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our department, providing essential administrative assistance to a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for staff as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations of the office.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Cantonese)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in an administrative or office support role
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
