Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Hybrid Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic teams in Richmond, VA. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within various departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in office software. This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office and offers the flexibility of 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Process expense reports and manage office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
