Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
