Job Description
Fidelity Investments is seeking a motivated and eager Human Resources Apprentice to join our dynamic HR team in Raleigh, NC. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Support HR generalists with employee relations, policy interpretation, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR data entry and report generation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Learn and apply relevant labor laws and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and communications.
