Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This critical role is responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation & benefits. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our business units, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals and foster a positive, productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on attracting diverse talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Administer performance management programs, including annual reviews, goal setting, and professional development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, annual adjustments, and benefits administration.
  • Support organizational development and training initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide insightful HR metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Managerial role.
  • Proven experience with U.S. immigration processes and visa sponsorship.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects and initiatives.
