Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Household Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-level executive within Banner Health. This integral role requires a professional who can expertly manage a wide range of personal and household responsibilities, ensuring seamless daily operations and freeing the executive’s time to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, acting as a trusted right hand. This is an on-site position requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive's personal and household calendars, including appointments, events, and family activities.
  • Coordinate and arrange personal travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Handle various household errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, postal services, and personal shopping.
  • Oversee household maintenance, coordinating with vendors for repairs, cleaning services, and landscaping.
  • Manage personal correspondence, gifts, and social engagements as directed.
  • Assist with personal financial tracking and expense reporting.
  • Organize and maintain personal files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Provide support for personal event planning, including catering, guest lists, and logistics.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for household-related inquiries and manage communications effectively.
  • Perform light administrative tasks as needed to support personal organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a personal assistant or executive support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar management software.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
