Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Staff to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform various hotel operational duties across departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or Maintenance, as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and payment processing accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards (for F&B roles).
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Handle guest luggage and provide concierge services as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
