Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant team as Hotel Staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Perform various front-of-house and back-of-house duties as assigned, including but not limited to front desk support, housekeeping assistance, restaurant service, and luggage handling.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel premises.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
  • Assist with F&B service, including taking orders, serving meals, and clearing tables, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
