Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant team as Hotel Staff. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a prestigious, English-speaking environment in the heart of Lucerne, Switzerland. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Perform various front-of-house and back-of-house duties as assigned, including but not limited to front desk support, housekeeping assistance, restaurant service, and luggage handling.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel premises.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
- Assist with F&B service, including taking orders, serving meals, and clearing tables, as needed.
