Job Description

In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, setting the tone for their stay by assisting with luggage, providing directions, and offering helpful information with a friendly and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and belongings.
  • Efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring items are handled with care.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate directions and information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, assisting with general tidiness as needed.
  • Coordinate with front desk and valet teams to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery.
  • Safely store and retrieve guest luggage in designated storage areas.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
  • Provide a consistently high level of personalized service to all guests.

  • Physical stamina to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
