Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and belongings.
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate directions and information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, assisting with general tidiness as needed.
- Coordinate with front desk and valet teams to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery.
- Safely store and retrieve guest luggage in designated storage areas.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
