Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in assigned department (e.g., check-in/out, serving meals, cleaning rooms, assisting with inquiries).

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
