Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Operations Team Members to join our prestigious properties located in the vibrant Dubai Marina. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable stay.
- Perform assigned duties across various hotel departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, or Guest Services.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within your work area.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support special events or projects as required by hotel management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
