Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Operations Specialists to join our dynamic team at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the daily operations of assigned departments, which may include Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, or Guest Relations.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Mandarin).
- Certification or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
