Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and address feedback.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

  • Complete special projects as assigned by department managers to enhance operational efficiency or guest experience.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management program or related field.
  • Strong passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to guest service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or hospitality-related experience (e.g., part-time job, volunteer work).
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
