Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm and efficient welcome.
- Support the Front Office team in managing reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Learn and assist in various Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, bar service, and event support.
- Shadow and support the Housekeeping team in ensuring rooms are prepared to Hilton's high standards.
- Participate in administrative tasks and departmental meetings to understand daily operations.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the Hilton brand standards.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and guest service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Tourism management program.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (even if not in hospitality).
- Knowledge of a second language.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
