Key Responsibilities
- Assist Housekeeping Supervisors in overseeing daily room cleaning and public area maintenance.

- Learn to schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Support in training new housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service expectations.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, assisting with ordering and stock rotation as needed.
- Address guest requests and resolve issues related to housekeeping services promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed in guest rooms or public areas to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful team environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with guests and team members.

- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving carts.
