Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Housekeeping Supervisors in managing daily departmental operations, including scheduling and task assignments.
- Learn and apply Hilton's rigorous cleaning standards and procedures for guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Support the training and development of new housekeeping team members.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities, assisting with ordering and stock rotation.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest service.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality
