Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising a team of housekeeping attendants, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to Fairmont standards.
- Learn to conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to quality guidelines.
- Help manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Support in training new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service expectations.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning daily duties to housekeeping staff.
- Learn to handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
