Job Description

Join the Hilton team as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee and embark on a rewarding career in hospitality. Key Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor new housekeeping attendants on company standards and procedures.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor adherence to safety and security procedures.
  • Support scheduling and timekeeping for the housekeeping team.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
