Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobby, and dining areas.
- Serve food and beverages in restaurant or room service settings as required.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
