Job Description

You will play a crucial role in ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobby, and dining areas.
  • Serve food and beverages in restaurant or room service settings as required.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
