Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using our hotel management system.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
