Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleaners to join our esteemed hospitality team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Change bed linen and towels, make beds, and replenish amenities according to hotel procedures.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean fixtures and fittings.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of English for communication with guests and colleagues.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment.
