Job Description
Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleaners to join our esteemed Housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies according to hotel guidelines.
- Make beds and change bed linen in accordance with luxury hotel standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, furniture, and fixtures thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, trolleys, and work areas.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (basic conversational level is sufficient).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals and equipment, and their safe usage.
