Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleaners to join our esteemed team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and maintaining a pristine environment for our guests. The role involves ensuring all assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities, meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Visa sponsorship and accommodation are provided for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to Marriott International's standards and procedures.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and disinfect all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Change bed linens and towels daily.
• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost and found items promptly.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping and hotel staff.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in hotel cleaning or a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in hospitality or housekeeping management.
• Previous experience working in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog).
