Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleaners to join our esteemed Housekeeping team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining pristine environments and contributing to a world-class guest experience. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel areas, reflecting the luxury and elegance our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to the hotel's rigorous standards and procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and amenities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies and amenities as per hotel guidelines.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Show professionalism and respect when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly.
