Join the dedicated team at Hilton Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, as a Hotel Cleaner. We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable environment during their stay. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring all spaces meet Hilton's exacting standards.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, change linens, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock all guest room supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the relevant department to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and brand standards at all times.
• Manage laundry services and linen distribution as required, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar cleaning or hospitality role, preferably within a hotel setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational needs.
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting moderately heavy objects (up to 25 lbs), and pushing trolleys.
• Basic communication skills in English to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment, and their safe usage.
