Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleaners to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity offering comprehensive visa sponsorship and comfortable accommodation for successful candidates. As a Hotel Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for all our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to Hilton's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and floors.
• Change linens and make beds according to established procedures.
• Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
• Inspect rooms for any damages or maintenance needs and report them promptly to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures and guidelines.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within required deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to hospitality.
• Experience with various cleaning equipment and chemicals.
