Job Description
Join the dedicated team at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, part of the Marriott International family, as a Hotel Cleaner / Room Attendant. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replace soiled linens and towels with fresh ones.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly.
- Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
