Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Bellman to join our prestigious team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and luxurious experience from arrival to departure. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering world-class service. Visa sponsorship and accommodation will be provided for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests, providing a personalized and luxurious welcome experience.
  • Efficiently assist guests with their luggage, safely transporting bags to and from rooms and vehicles.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, enhancing the guest's stay.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, offering assistance with orientation and demonstrating room features.
  • Run errands for guests and the front desk, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Assist with special requests from guests, always aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
  • A proactive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest service role within a luxury hotel.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
