Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hotel Bellman to join our prestigious team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their luxurious stay. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and courteous baggage handling services, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. This role is crucial in upholding the high standards of service our guests expect. We offer comprehensive visa sponsorship and accommodation support for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
- Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring prompt and careful delivery.
- Provide information and directions to guests regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Assist guests with calling taxis or private transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and bell stand area.
- Handle special requests and resolve guest issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
