Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Hotel Bellman to join our distinguished team at Address Downtown, a premier luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai. The role involves assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a professional and courteous first impression.
  • Efficiently assist guests with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles and transport it to their rooms or designated storage areas.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing an overview of hotel amenities, room features, and safety procedures.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, entrance, and bell desk area.
  • Assist with package and mail delivery for guests and hotel departments.
  • Support the Front Office team with various tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
  • A proactive and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to serve guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Bellman or Valet in a 5-star hotel.
  • Knowledge of Downtown Dubai attractions and the wider UAE.
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
