Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Bellman to join our prestigious team at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for many of our guests, setting the tone for their luxurious stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting guests with their luggage, and offering valuable information to ensure a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to excellence and have a genuine passion for hospitality. For international candidates, visa sponsorship and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a professional and courteous welcome.
  • Efficiently assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, transporting it to their rooms or storing it securely.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing an overview of hotel facilities and services, and answering any questions.
  • Accurately deliver messages, newspapers, and other items to guest rooms as required.
  • Assist with valet parking services when needed, ensuring proper handling of guest vehicles.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby and entrance area.
  • Provide accurate directions and information about the hotel and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1-2 years) as a Bellman or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin).
  • Valid UAE Driver's License (optional but a plus).
