Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hotel Bellman to join our luxury hotel in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting first impression. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong customer service orientation and a desire to work in a vibrant, international luxury environment. We offer comprehensive visa sponsorship and accommodation package for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and transportation.
  • Efficiently handle guest luggage, ensuring safe and timely delivery to and from rooms and vehicles.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with calling taxis, arranging transportation, and providing directions.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and entrance area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to anticipate guest needs and fulfill requests promptly.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Bellman or Valet in a luxury hotel.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
